Corporate photography and business images

We shoot an image bank during the same session as the portraits, so you have material to use all year round, for your website, LinkedIn, proposals, job ads and press releases. It is much cheaper than booking separate sessions, and the photos get a consistent look because they are taken and edited together.
How a corporate photo shoot works
Before. We agree on what the photos will be used for, how many people will be photographed and where. That decides the time needed, the equipment and whether we bring lighting.
On location. We come to you. A portrait station takes about 30 minutes to set up, and then we allow 5–10 minutes per person. We take office and team shots throughout the day, so your work is disturbed as little as possible.
After. You get a selection to choose from. The chosen photos are retouched subtly: we even out light and colour, but keep people looking like themselves.
Delivery. Within 2 weeks, in high resolution for print and web-optimised for your website and LinkedIn.
Frequently asked questions about corporate photography
How much does a corporate photo shoot cost? The price depends on how many people are photographed, how long it takes and whether you want film as well as stills. Tell us the number of people and the location, and we will get back to you with a price proposal.
How many people can you photograph in a day? It depends on the setup, but we usually recommend a maximum of 50 people per day.
Can we use the photos freely? You get full usage rights to the delivered photos for your own marketing, website and social media, with no time limit.
What should employees wear? Regular work clothes work best, they look genuine. We are happy to send a short tips email in advance that you can forward internally.
Can you photograph people who work remotely? Yes. We often book an additional session for those who are not on site, so that all portraits have the same look.
Can you combine photo and film on the same day? Yes. We film and photograph during the same visit, which is cheaper than two separate bookings and gives you both portraits and a short company film.
